About us

We design and manufacture fitness equipment in Łódź. We fit out clubs, training studios, functional zones and physiotherapy practices, and once a year we invite the whole industry to EU4YA.

tiguar is a manufacturer, not a middleman. The equipment is made here: from the drawing and the choice of material, through the prototype, to the production run. That is why we answer for quality at every stage, not only for what comes out of the container.

Before a product enters the catalogue it works on the gym floor. We test it with trainers and instructors, because only regular classes show what goes out of true, what wears down and what is missing in the grip. The same equipment then goes to EU4YA, where over two days it passes through the hands of several hundred people at once.

We work with commercial facilities, so we treat equipment as an investment with a payback period, not as a single purchase. Hence quotes for the complete set, delivery dates tied to the opening day and a five year commercial warranty on catalogue equipment.

Design, materials and production runs happen here in Łódź. We can change a product without asking a factory on the other side of the world for permission.

R&D lab

A separate team works on new designs and on improvements to equipment already on sale. Ideas also come from trainers who make a living with it.

Equipment for continuous use

The catalogue is built for a commercial facility, meaning a dozen hours of classes a day, seven days a week. Hence the five year warranty and available spare parts.

We fit out whole facilities

We select a complete set for the floor area, the type of classes and the number of people in the room, not for a single order. You can see the results in our case studies.

Export and distribution

Equipment from Łódź works in forty seven countries. Partners get a territory, a wholesale price list and materials in the language of their market.
