EU4YA is the largest gathering of the fitness industry in Poland, organised by tiguar without a break for nineteen years. For two days Expo Łódź turns into a single place where trainers, instructors, physiotherapists and club managers learn from practitioners from Poland and from across Europe.

The programme runs in three formats. A lecture sets the framework, a practical session lets you rehearse the work on real equipment in a training zone, and a small group workshop ends with a solution ready to be used with clients.

The twentieth edition closes the first two decades of the event and shows how much the Polish market has changed along the way. Ticket sales are handled by an external operator, while the programme, the rooms and the speaker list keep growing here until the doors open.
